Solutions

Expert Solution

Five survival neds of human are :-

1)sleep

2) oxygen

3) water

4) food

5) shelter

1) sleep

  • Normal sleep is required for normal healthy activity.
  • sleep improves our immunity.
  • It increases our concentration and memory power.
  • If we dont get enough sleep leads to severe cardiac disease and stroke
  • more prone for of type 2 diabetes.
  • poor sleep leads to depression.

2) oxygen :-

  • It is required for normal respiratory activity, inorder to reach oxygen in blood.
  • oxygen is required for normal chemical reaction
  • If proper amount of oxygen is not reached in human body, it will leads to hypoxia and several other disease.
  • In higher altitude , there is low level of oxygen in atmosphere, which will leads to nausea , faint, dizziness and head ache.

3) water :-

  • 60-80% of human body is made up of water.
  • It is the most abundant chemical in the blood
  • It is lost through the excretion in the body.
  • If proper amount of water is not reached into human body , it will leads impairment of metabolic function of kidney, leads to several kidney disease.
  • increase in accumulation of metabolic waaste in body.

4) Food:-

  • It is the main energy source of human body.
  • Different type of macromolecules such as carbohydrate , protein, lipids are reached into body through food.
  • food is required for cell building, proper growth of muscle, repair of tissue.
  • If proper amount of food is not given to human body, it will leads to severe malnutrion disease, kwashioker and marasmus are protein energy malnutrtion disease.
  • stunted and retarded growth of human body.

5) shelter

  • shelter can protect from the sun, inects, wind rain and snow
  • provide stable temperature for human body.
  • If proper shelter are not provided it will leads to suffering of severe cold and hot temperature and will leads skin disease.
  • It will protect human from dangerous animals, absence of this is more vulnerable for animal attack.
