ANSWER :

a) Social media has evolved since 2000 because of the improvement and enhancement of the technology. Social media is simply the group of internet-based applications that build the technological advancement of Web 2.0, and also the creation and exchange of the generated and made content. Inappropriate and straightforward terms, social media facilitates the sale and design of content with other individuals. By way of social media, it is easier to communicate with graphs, images, and exclusive graphical representation. Some of the primary and essential social media platforms are Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. The other professional platforms include LinkedIn and telegram. Thus, the employees must be tech-savvy in this technological environment and try to ensure their position in the industry or the market. Therefore, the presence of a person on social media is essential for overall growth.

b) The name in the parentheses clearly shows the reference to a particular research paper or an article. It is merely a citation. The researcher should acknowledge the efforts or information collected by a specific researcher. Hence, a proper acknowledgment is essential to remove the chances of plagiarism in the research paper. It is necessary to analyze the older research papers to get an insight into the meaning of the concept and the issues that arise from a particular image. A proper and adequate acknowledgment helps the researcher prevent any type of infringement of patent or trademark. Thus, it is essential to mention the name of the author and the year of publishing the research paper.
