The company also aims to establish a youth center to expand its operations. The youth center will attract the younger generation to involve in the processes of the company. However, the youth center can take a long time to incorporate and start its processes. It is a long term process, and it also increases risks. The company night face some contingency issues. Contingency problems occur at the time a situation arises. The company should anticipate the risks and issues well in advance and take precautions before the problem arises. The first contingency issue is that the youth might be less aware of the company. Many younger individuals might not be aware of the company and its goals. The people will refrain from joining the center because they will not see any benefit. The second most common issue is that the younger generation discusses their issues more than the societal issues. The meetings and discussions might fail because of non-empathy attitude of the generation. The third issue is if one quits, everyone quits. The younger generation faces the peer pressure, and it influences their opinions, and make the most. The last issue is the change of perception. Some of the people might show interest initially but might game their attitude and perception towards the end. Hence, the managers should keep the team together, and attract the young individuals.
