The measures that a business may take to be complying for a market would be:
· The ethics of utmost importance to be utilized by a business for its sustainability in the long term,
· The local knowledge of the culture and the laws helps the business to be operationally ahead of the competitors who are yet to attain the best of cultural competence,
· The market survey and consumer feedback is a big part of such decision making in the business those are presumed to be ethical as per the local culture,
· The taste and the way the business is perceived by the market and the consumers are important for the long term of the business.
· The law is one side while the ethics like human rights, environmental care, resource utilizations are aspects which are over and above law to make a business competent.

The segregated and nonsegregated societies have their women working proportionally differently.
· The utility of a woman working and earning in a segregated society is more as the economies of such nation are poor which makes the women do work to support a family,
· The segregated societies find the women as low earning individuals who are best used for cost savings in such segregated societies over the non-segregated ones where gender equality makes the men and women working have the same cost.
