1.  Ismael, your best friend, has been offered a position at your company. Both of you are excited about his job because it is a great opportunity, and you will be able to share a ride to work. Once you learn about the position he is accepted, you are concerned. You are where the qualifications for the position, and you know that is my Ismael doesn't have some of the qualifications. You suspect that Ismael may have stretched the truth about his qualifications. What should you do?

2. A job announcement posted on the office technology bulletin board which appeals to you. A variety of responsibilities are listed. You believe you have the qualifications required for the position. The salary is excellent. The address of the company and is local, but you have never heard of that company before. You would like to know more about the company before you apply. When you go to the library to find out about the company, neither you nor the staff can find any information. What can you do next to become informed about the company?

4.  You have been an administrative assistant for 3 years. Because the company is rapidly growing, three new office of work positions have been created in your department. Your manager asks you to review the resumes that we have sent. After reviewing the resumes, you find that only five of 25 resumes look acceptable. List items or features that would be unacceptable and a resume.

1.Despite being the friend of Ismail I would first warn him not to go for joining the coming, inform the same to company. If they have issue with it then follow as to what they say. This is the best way of helping him. If I do not do this than later on he might end up putting up himself in legal problems.

2.To apply to a job one must do a thorough research about the company as in what product or services it deals in, whether have the appropriate legal backing etc. The genuineness of the company has to be ascertained as well. In this case to become informed about the company, one must go to the concerned registrar of the company or appropriate government authority where company record of registration are there and can check or go directly to the company to see whether it really exist or not.

4.As the business grows and I am required to review resume. It is completely fine if I get to select on five. There can be further selection round where we can identify more people suitable for job. The grounds for rejection of 20 CV out of 25 CV are that they are not that dynamic to deal with the responsibility. These candidates couldn’t justify as to how they will fit into the organization and they did not even write proper formatted cv.
