July-7 search and watched some basic videos from different websites.

July-9 By doing some basic research understood that Intelligent investor is the best to book to start and understand about the stock market.

July-10 By reading the book a few pages every day and watching videos came to a basic understanding of the Dmart account and mindset of an investor.

July-11 Speaking to few friends regarding there experience in the stock market and tips to go forward and understanding the different pricing policies of trading brokers.

July-9 Create an account in google digital marketing platform or some other website to start learning.

July-10 Create a time table to follow every day to dedicate at least 1 hour for this course.

July-11 Making commitment to practice every day whatever learned.

Goal-5 To reduce weight by 10kgs

July-9 Make a timetable and list of exercises to follow every day for the next month.

July-10 Start the exercise in the time slot by giving my best by doing little more from what I can do.

July-11 Learn about diet to reduce the intake of carbohydrates and starting taking protein food and having a balanced diet.

July-12 Deciding to stop eating junk food from this day and buying healthy foods like fruits and green vegetables.
