You may elaborate the answer based on personal views or your classwork if necessary. Also, this seems to the kind f question that can only be answered by reading the book. I do not own the book and it is very unlikely that an answer can be produced without the book. However, I have found that the answer is probably between chapters 2 and 3.

Explanation: There is a portion in the book between chapters 2 and 3 that state that what is absorbed through learning and knowledge is combined to form new solutions that are developed based on the problem at hand. This is when an individual comes up with alternate solutions as opposed to the established solutions. This is done because a solution is required to be unique to the issue. In order to adapt to the unique issue, associations that are based on 2 or more precedents are applied to solve a particular problem.
