Any issues with payment of staffs or employees, organization could see conflict as employees are putting their concern and dissatisfaction towards the management. We will see conflict arising between management and employees, such conflicts can be resolved by considering interests of both parties, management has interest towards getting outputs or fulfill the order within due time and employees have interest towards getting more income from the job. Hence, Management could define the work objective/performance objective of each task and they could provide incentives to the employees based on fulfilling such performance objective. Here, employees could put more attention in fulfilling the tasks requirements.
