What conditions would have to be present for you to blow the whistle about unethical conduct you observed at work? How would you go about it?

* I will blow whistle when there is an unethical conduct has been performed by the employee which may have the following consequences-

* There is unethical financial gain on the cost of company prestige.

* When the health, live and others may get affected by the action of the employee.

* If other employees will be affected by the employee's action.

* When nepotism is there in the employee's action.

* When the prestige of the company may get affected.

* Here are some scenarios in which I will blow whistle

* If i talk about his process of the whistle blower then every company has its standard operating procedures to perform the same. It will have written rule procedures which have to be folllowed. I will follow the same.

* The reporting manager has to be informed first. If he or she ignores then his or her boss should be informed. Likewise the chain goes.
