Today’s generation is advancing technologically and standard of living but the psychological impact that these have brought is undeniable. Young adults are more prone to these psychological influences that force them to take some health related risks such as alcohol, smoking, drugs etc.

Stress is one of the most common factors that push them to a corner. Stress may be caused by multiple sources such as home, friends, college, workplace etc.

Inferiority Complex is one of the worst psychological factors that hit the entire personality of young adults that makes them take one or more of the health related risks. Inferiority complex is caused by various reasons, the physical appearance, low grades etc.

Peer pressure is the root cause for all the problems as one’s friends keep pressurizing one to fall into a health related risk. Most of the health related behaviors start as fun filled activity but later form as a habit and friends play a vital role in making this happen.

Economic insecurity at this young adult age will force them to health related risks and finally relationship struggles at this age is one of the most common reasons that would take them near to the health related risks. Only at this age young adults will be thinking about collecting enough financial sources in order to settle in life.

When a relationship doesn’t work but one wants that relationship badly, they will be confused and this confusion will force them to health related risks. Most of the time, at this age, people will be in a dilemma in choosing the right partner and staying with them for long. If it doesn’t happen, they reach out to one of the health related behaviours .
