CHINA- amazon finally gives up in Chinese market and halt its operation in CHINA now.

The USA- CHINA CAGE distance framework-

C- CULTURAL

HIERARCHY- In china hierarchy is important in work culture and shown respect to those in structure who are higher while American culture much flatter structure.

CONVERSATION- Talking tone used by Americans seems rude to Chinese people. Thinking before speaking is important in china unlike in America.

FRIENDSHIP- Chinese people are deeper engaged in friendships than Americans.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH- In china many e-platforms( Instagram, youtube) banned in china, and also some newspapers are banned while in America these platforms are taken for granted.

BUSINESS STRATEGY- Americans preferred fast and efficient work while the Chinese are slow in decision making.

A-ADMINISTRATIVE

• System- China follows a centralized system while Americans follow a decentralized system. The Chinese government is strong financially also efficiently delivers nationals affairs.
• Land financing- The government has the right to own land on behalf of the state while it is not in the case of America.

G-GEOGRAPHIC

CHINA-

• Supported by two major rivers (the Yellow River, the Yangtze river)
• China's strategic depth, china does not contain water from all sides and its terrain difficult to cross.
• Due to the terrain route difficult for transportation.

The USA-

• Climate and river are supporting geographic condition of USA
• It is surrounded by water, so grate lakes contribute greatly to the rise of USA
• For transportation in trade easily cross the river and in a cost-effective way.

E-ECONOMIC

CHINA-

• Huge domestic market
• Low fiscal deficit and public debt
• Competitive labor costs
• Major international manufacturing hub

The USA-

• Growing energy self-sufficiency
• Strong domestic market
• Diversified economy
• Flexible market
