On one hand the advent of the computer technology has really made the life easy both at the business and personal life but at the same time different types of threats have also resulted from this development With the increased uses of the computers, a combination of challenges has been arising in front of the society which is mainly related to the privacy and ethics, computer crime, and workers’ health. As a lot of data and information are nowadays stored on the computers and various other digital storage sources, these data are facing a lot of violation of data security and integrity. Hackers, business organization, and other agencies are trying to capture various data so that they can utilize this data for their own personal interest or benefits. This creates an issue of security and ethics while operating in the computer environment. The personal data and business-related data has a very high significance as it can directly link to the existence of the business organization and the privacy of the individuals. A lot of hackers are trying to steal the valuable data which can be used by them or their sponsors.

Other than the above-mentioned issues, health is another aspect which is also being in question due to the advent and increased use of computers. The mobility of the individuals has been restricted in a great deal due to use of laptops and personal computers, This can create the issue of obesity, weak vision, and various other issues.

In order to deal all he above stated issues, the organization must use the different types of data security systems and authenticity measures so that only the person who is authorized for accessing the data can have the access. Firewall, anti-virus software, antihacking programs, encryption of data, multiple verification methods are some of the methods which can be used to prevent any such kind of incidences.

For improving the health, the employers must make free or relax in every 2 hours in which the users can go out of the desk and have some physical movement. This will also improve the productivity as in many kinds of research it was found that taking small breaks is not only good for the health but it also results in improved efficiency.
