a). for doing the scatterplot i am using minitab. steps for doing scatterplot:-
copy the data in two column of minitab worksheet and name them "x" and "y" GRAPH SCATTERPLOT double click in SIMPLE "IN Y VARIABLES" select y and " IN X VARIABLES" select x OK.
