*They belongs to non chordata and notochord is absent.

Differentiating feature
*Urchin belongs to phylum Echinodermata and millipede belong to phylum Arthropoda.
*Urchin is radially symmetrical and millipedes are bilaterally symmetrical.
* In millipede excretion is through malpigian tubules but an excretory system is absent in urchin.
* Urchin possess water vascular system that helps in locomotion, capture and transport of food which is absent in millipedes.
