The question is understandable, as in the field of education only little investment is needed for the student instruction and to educate them. But in the modern world there are millions and millions of dollars spent in the field of education. But this investment is reasonable as the education system doesn't only means the student instructions but there are many other resources and infrastructures needed for the process of students instruction to take place smoothly and effectively. So the rest 79 cents of every dollar spent by universities have gone in the creating of the resources and infrastructures of the university.
