The comparison and differences amonf cervical lesion,thiracic
lesion and sacral lesion are as following

- The lesion is found in the cervical bone (the first seven bones
of spinal cord)
- Can be acquired in case of any sexually transmitted infection
by HPV
- It is categorised into the following types namely atypical
squamous cells lesion,intraepithelial lesion, atypical glandular
cells
- The lesion can bleed if touched during examination
- Common in women
- Surgery is the line of treatment ( LEEP procedure, Cold knife
cone procedure)
- The other treatment options are cryotherapy,conization, laser
treatment
- HPV vaccination cannbe used as a preventative measures

- The lesion is found in the thoracic bones (the 12 thoracic
vertebrae)
- Protrusion is present,it is painful ,can lead to paralysis
- It is often found as extradural spinql lesion

- The lesion occurs in the last five vertebrae of the spinal
cord
- It can be either cancerous or non cancerous
- It is often spread by metastasis
- Symptomatic management is done
- Difficult to diagnose at the earlier stage
- Surgical correction of the lesion area or excision of it.
