The porter took such a long time to send my luggage up to my room and he even dared to ask me for a tip. When I called to complain, I was told that it could not be fixed as all maintenance staff was on leave. The service at the restaurants was also so slow and the food was also cold and tasteless. What kind of hotel is this calling yourself as a famous world known 5-star hotel?
I want you to give me a refund of RM 8,888 for the amount that I paid for the room for two nights inclusive of personal damages. I will never stay at your hotel ever again. I am social influencer and if you don't give me a refund, I will post on my social media accounts to boycott your hotel!

The staff member Porter, took too long to send my luggage up to my room and asked for tip which I do not consider an appropriate behavior. The frills available at the room were also inefficient to serve their purpose as the air conditioner made a lot of noise thus disturbing my sleep and on calling staff to fix the problem I was Informed that the maintenance was not available due to some reasons. I did not liked the food on account of being served cold.
I expect that all these issues are properly addressed and taken into consideration to ensure that customer experience is enhanced for hotel to do justice with its "5-Star" Status. I am very disappointed and want to request a refund of 8,888 for the amount that I paid for the room during stay of two nights inclusive of personal damages. Please be informed that on account of being a social influencer I have the power of being a cause for both good as well as bad publicity for your hotel which depends on how fairly I am treated.
