Presentation is an art, an art of communication of your message to the receiver in such a way that your message along with your interpersonal skills is duly delivered and received. Giving the presentation without analysis would render the presentation boring, useless and failed. Therefore, Analysis during the presentation is the key factor every presenter must keep in mind.

Every presenter must –

1 check the effectiveness of its presentation

2 confirm the deficiency if any

3 improve the process

A presenter in order to know whether the presentation is running as expected, must take the feedback during the presentation is going on.This will help him to engage the people with him so that none feel sleepy and bored.

Various analysis involved in presentation such as –

1 Engagement analysis – If the people actively asking him questions and queries or they are looking into his eyes while presentation, it means they are engaged and presentation is good going as the people are active.

2 Video recording – This will help the presenter to look for his gestures, appearance, etc., the people reactions and flow of communication to analysis the result of presentation.

3 Eye contacts – The speaker must make the eye contact with the people, this will help them to stay connected and will increase their activeness and interest.

4 Question and answers – He must have asked questions, if audience is not asking and see the answers he is getting. This way people will take interest and listen actively

5 Audience Analysis – This will help the speaker to understand the audience and their interest so that he can mould his message and examples considering their choice.
