Contents of 5 hour energy drink

The main contents of 5 hour energy drink are ....

Viatamin B6 - Helps in cytokinesis and synthesis of DNA, Vitamin B12 - helps in the synthesis of protien and carbohydrates for energy. Vitamin B3 or niacin helps to convert biomolecules to energy form, Tyrosine - helps for nerve impulse transmission, Citicholine - helps in the synthesis of phosphatidyl choline which is the  constituent of brain tissue helps in neuro transmission and brain function. Malic acid which provide energy from carbohydrate, Glucouronolactone - metabolise glucose in liver and reduce sleepiness, Taurine - helps in digestion, ion transport and maintain cell integrity, Phenyla alanine - enhances alertness, Caffiene - alertness and extra strength.

5 hour energy drink are effective energy drink which are absorbed by the body faster , make alert for long hours and contain B vitamins and zero sugars. It is better to avoid 5 hour energy drink by children,pregnant women and nursing mother as it contains caffeine which cause nausea, sleepiness etc.Drink contain caffiene and B vitamins folic acid and niacin. Drinking too much of the energy drink upset the stomach as it effect the acid balance in stomach cause heartburn, irritation, cramps and vomiting.As the the company itself adviced to avoid taking more than two bottles may have side effects and as it is not approved by the FDA ,it is better to take doctors advice while using frequently. As it has side effect on phenylketonurics and may cause niacin flush that is increasing blood flow near skin, advice from doctor is essential when 5 hour drink is becoming a routine in life eventhough no risk or illness of injury yet found. But taking too much of the drink  like taking a medicine in excess may have varoius side effects and it effects may vary depends on the individual. Well balanced diet, life style and diet choices also has a great influence on the effect of 5 hour energy drink.

According to my opinion 5 hour drink is an energy source but proper advice is recommended while taking frequently.
