Correlation – Two variables relation is called as correlation. In positive correlation, two variables increase or decrease together. In negative correlation, if one variable decreases the other variable will increase and vice versa.
Experiment – An experiment is done in a group to know about different effects to different treatments. In simple terms, it is conducted in a controlled environment to know about cause-and-effect relationships.
Case study – It is an in-depth and detailed study done to a specific person or group over a certain time period.
Survey – A survey is done to collect data about individual, to gain an analyzed result.
Naturalistic observation – This includes keen observation of people or subjects in a natural setting. The subjects don’t have knowledge that they are being observed.
