In our modern age, science and technology developed a lot but we remain unchanged in some areas, one of these is "restaurant food".Around 30 years earlier in that time also people like restaurant food and all of the family together they went to a restaurant but now with the help of science food delivery app replaces that thing but restaurant food is still one of the most affinity things but this has some advantages and disadvantages both :

At first, we will discuss the disadvantages :

i)Are we safe? :  We all know that our world is suffering from a pandemic disease corona, almost 90% of countries government gave permission to reopen the restaurant, yes we all know that there is social distancing, rapid uses of sanitizer but can we completely safe by following this steps? I think the answer is NO, chances are there. If we prefer the food delivery app also from roads, delivery man, restaurant kitchen in every step contamination can possible.

ii) Quality decreases: We all know that restaurant food is much tastier than homemade foods and in modern market competition all of the shops, stores are providing sales/off on gross total because the cheaper price store will always get a huge number of customers. To remain to stay in the competition sometimes they compromise with the quality as a result customer got infected, and in case of kids, their immunity system is not much powerful compared to an adult, so they the situation become worst for them.

iii) calorie: At the time of eating restaurant food we forgot about calorie which is a dangerous mistake, but when we aware it was too long, As per one report every year 35% of USA citizen got affected by the intake of high-calorie food

iv)Changes happened in the body: Sometimes restaurant foods makes a strong impact on our body parts like our hair, skin, and nails, etc. Pizza burger chocolate is still ok but the high carbohydrate foods are really dangerous, after daily intake of high carbohydrate blood sugar level increases as well as sudden breakout also possible.

But after all these disadvantages some good perks are also there such as :

i)food tax: We all know that whether if we eat food in a restaurant or in-home by parcel or food delivery app, in all these time citizens of each country pay the food-related tax which is a very good thing, generally people spend a lot of money in restaurant and a certain percentage of the total bill it goes to the government.3 months ago a report was published by Munich university students where we see almost every country the food-related tax is 10times of land tax. this huge money is spent in the road, flyover, metro, etc

ii)Dine out: In our modern age all of us are chasing our dream as a result that typical family dinner is mostly abolished by the work pressure, but together dinner thing is possible in the restaurant which sometimes solves some big problems of the family.

iii)On-time: From the ancient time people were eating food at a particular time every day which helps metabolism and body remain good, but at a present average family in the United States is spending a lot of time in their work, as a result, they weren't able to follow a particular time but these restaurant foods solve this problem

iv)Plenty of choices: At present restaurant not only provides the junk foods, they are ready to serve all typ[e of food from the diet to protein-enriched, fat and sugarless, they will help us .if we want to stay healthy

v)Food for all: Those days are gone where restaurant food is not affordable for all, now people of all economical scale can afford restaurant food there is no partition between rich and poor.

vi) In our modern life, we all are earning money but are all are not good mentally , thousands of tension , problems, and other things are creating a poisonous life , a restaurant out with some friends can't solve this problem but it gives us the power to fight with the problems and the most vital and important restaurant food reduces hunger problems in the community

So,everything has some positive and negative side just like restaurant food .
