ANSWER :-
- For the first question, which is not clear, the answer should
be domestication of animals which according to evidence is an
indicative of being evolved first followed by the need to shift to
agriculture in order to match up with the increasing needs and food
shortage.
- There are two hypothesis related to the emergence of
agriculture. The first hypothesis proposed in the form of
Vavilovian concept put forth the origin of plants on different
areas and a major point includes the introduction of plants from a
native area to a totally new area which indicates the importance of
interaction of humans in order for the plant to survive the new and
changing conditions.
- The seconds hypothesis (Dump-Heap hypothesis) takes into
consideration the concept of hybridization and intentional
clearance of agricultural fields for production of crops. Taking
into consideration the archaeological evidences which has a major
support for this hypothesis, it was being stated that as foragers
were in search of food and settlements, they visited new areas and
tried to interfere with the crops already found in those areas by
meddling with them (cross-pollination) in order to produce new
species and this is supported by the example of corn which was
supposed to have been modified from grass.
