The importance of employee motivation allows management to meet the company's goal.Employee motivation refers to increase productivity and pointing an organisation to achieve higher levels of output.

Internal motivation refers to when you are motivating yourself only but in external motivation refer to when someone is motivating you to do something other than yourself.

In Maslow's model require hierarchical arrangement of needs ,their emphasis is to be descriptive but in Herzberger's need of order not in form of hierarchical arrangement ,their emphasis is to be prescriptive.

Existence needs all material and physiological desires for ex.food,water,air,clothing etc

Relatedness needs social and external esteem,relationship with others like family, friends,co-workers and employees.

growth needs internal esteem and self actualization ,these impel a person to make creative or productive effects on himself and the enviroment.
