Considering the case of Adidas shoes vs, Gucci shoes, the requirements are entirely different because the target markets are dfferent nd have different needs from a shoe. For Adidas, the customers are professional as well as ameteur players, fitness enthusiasts or urban / semiurban customers leading an active lifestyle. Their requirements are related to performance, safety, protection from injuries durability and a trendy look with ergonomical design that makes it possible to use the product for long durations in a stretch. On the other hand, Gucci shoes are likelty to have the combination of style, color, shape and other visual features that are in line with the latest fashion. On the similar lines, for Gucci the marketers would need top class models endorsing the products with ad films produced by the most renowned ad agencies to convince the customers to buy this product, and operations department would need inputs from fashion designers, and a distribution channel comprising of leading hgh street fashion stores. For Adidas, the focus will be on performance, for which the endorser would be a renowned athlete. Operations department would need technical inputs from experts for design and production, and collaboration with fitness chains, clubs and sports stores.

For making customers happy. The Gucci would need latest designs with high viisual appeal while Adidas would need assurance of performance, reliability, safety and comfort.
