As the CEO of a large financial services company in South Africa, you wonder whether relaxing your existing dress code will result in an improvement in employee morale. To answer your question, you would like to conduct an experiment. Write an essay in which you discuss how you would go about conducting the experiment.

Structure you essay using the following headings:  Design  Participants  Procedure Maximum 600 words.

Solutions

Expert Solution

The means for conducting the experiment would be :

a) Planning : the examination issue and afterward designing the suitable exploration question :

For this situation the issue is to decide whether the clothing regulation influences resolve or not - or in other words loosening up the clothing regulation from formal to a progressively easygoing clothing regulation will improve the assurance of the representatives .

The exploration question : is there is a relationship between clothing standard and spirit or explicitly loosening up the clothing standard from formal to easygoing will improve the confidence .

b) Hypothesis : Null hypothesis : loosening up the conventional clothing standard makes little difference to the representative spirit .

c) Experiment design : expecting we take an example of 100 representatives and we separate it into 2 gatherings of 50 individuals each :

Group A will keep on wearing the formal while the Group B will wear the casual clothing regulation or easygoing dress .

Toward the finish of 30 days from the beginning of the experiment , we will quantify the spirit ( suppose by estimating execution or some other principles) of the both the gatherings and we check whether the invalid hypothesis is dismissed or not .

In the event that it is dismissed ,, then there is a connection among's spirit and clothing regulation otherwise not .

d) Collect information : the information will be gathered for 30 days time span

e) Break down : we will check whether there is statsistically critical connection or not

f)Conclusion : we will introduce our discoveries and actualize the discoveries whenever discovered valid according to our hypothesis.
