With respect to mechanical strength considerations what is the feasibility of joining extra hard temper brass parts by soldering at 250°C?

Joining hard temered brass with solder is possibleat 250°c . Also it easier to solder brass compared to copper because it does not conduct heat as well as it gets hotter quickly in the area where soldering is to be done.Clean the metal to remove any tarnish and use a flux.Heat the area next to the joint or seam untill the flux starts to smoke, then put the solder on the joint or seam.The closer and tighter the joint or seam the stronger the joint will be .You can use a straight tin solder, lead based solder or silver containing solder.Virtually anything will work on brass. When you have made the joint, wash off the remaining flux to eliminate corrosion.Please comment in comment section if you ahve any further doubt.
