7) The major advantage of using the standard format for specifying the requirement is to have a similar format that makes it easier for reading and also the form fields would help the writer for including the information that is needed without forgetting. Also, there is a chance of automated processing to be added.

This is mostly meant for the large system engineering project which makes it much more convenient and essential for defining the requirements to fine-tuning the detail levels and the standard format would explicitly specify the requirements and help with those who are not versed with the technical knowledge for understanding the behavior of the specific system.
