In 2011 data based, the total poverty gap of India is stable and constant 22.5 in a day.which not decrease or increase during of some previous 20 years. But In the case of brazil 1.90 which is very decreasing for previous years. So we can conclude that poverty head count index of India is only having improvement in reducing poverty in Brazil that is very different in both these countries.

2) The intensity is measured with the help of poverty gap which the india 's 7.5 % intensity.and the brazil which have 3.2% based on data .
