With examples, outline how enterprises are applying the QM principles such as 1) Drive out fear, so that everyone may work effectively for the Enterprise, 2) Respond quickly to employee feedback and implement corrections, 3) Break down barriers between departments and work as a team and 4) Quality is meeting the needs of the customer. Civilizations that supported the arts and crafts allowed clients to choose goods meeting higher quality standards rather than normal goods.
