Ans 1) Ammonia is a waste of nitrogen compound which is excreted in the urine. An increase accumulation of ammonia in the blood occurs due to liver or kidney failure. As a result of which , waste remains in the blood stream.

To decrease the effect of Ammonia medicine , lactulose is used to stop the bacteria to produce Ammonia in the intestine.

Ammonia can be converted into urea by adding chemicals to produce amino acid known as Glutamine.

Ans 2) There is a disease called chylomicron retention disease that affects some children in early childhood .The symptoms of these disease includes slow growth rate , gain of weight foul smell in stool .

Cause of CRD: It is caused by mutation in the Gene known as SAR 1B. As, it gives instructions to make a protein which is used to transport the molecule known as Chylomicrons. Chylomicrons lomicrons are produced in the cells during the process of digestion

Ans 3) Fasting is beneficial for various health related benifit. They are fasting helps in loosing the weight of person, also, the cholesterol level is low during fasting and it is involved to check how does your body will manage the level of blood sugar and will cut the resistance of insulin.

Yes, diabetics can also do intermediating fasting as it is a novel way to treat diabetes 2 because fasting helps to reduce weight and hence blood sugar level gets maintained.

Ans 4) A low hemoglobin level is referred to as anemia or low red blood count.There are many reasons for anemia to occur:

1. Blood loss due to bleeding or surgeries.

2. Deficiency of nutritions like vitamin B12 ,iron etc.

3. Transplant of bone marrow

4. Failure of kidney

There are many ways to increase Haemoglobin level in blood: taking supplements rich in iron , by inserting red blood cells, taking of food which is Rich in iron content etc.
