1. Excessive workload: Since it is a healthcare unit, excessive work-load is expected and observed on the non-clinical personnel which causes frequent exhaustion.
2. Rarification of help: Since the staff quantity is generally low as compared to the workload, any help is not observed by these non-clinical personnel and they just tend to finish their duty hours.
3. Unrewarded systesm: Generally, these healthcare units have no reward system for the non-clinical personnel which makes it difficult and un-motivated for them to work efficiently.
4. Salary: Generally, these non-clinical personnel are suffered from financial dilemma since their salaries are very low.
