1. Negotiation

Negotiation is basically a concept of settlement of differences among people it will include any sector and any field. For example - negotiation in salaries, negotiation between parties regarding business etc. It include any compromise or agreement in order to to avoid occurrence of dispute and arguments. High dynamic communication skills required in a person in order to handle negotiation and deal with several contingencies.

2. Strategy

Strategy include overall objectives and goal. Strategy include creation of various ideas processes work methodology and various working of process in an organisation. Strategy provide a working path to the employees ( any individual related ) in order to work upon to achieve their goal. Strategy shape up the working and processes of an organisation in order to achieve the fixed goal and objectives by following mission and vision of the organisation.

3. Dispute

Dispute can occur at any place at any time with any individual. It is a part of human nature. It creates negative impact so dealing with disputes in order to provide a friendly working environment in an organisation is very much important. dispute may decrease down the productivity of the organisation and it also decreases cooperation and collaboration within organisation. A friendly working environment is very much important in order to enhance the working and processes of an organisation. Several organisation do dispute researches in order to to minimise it.

4. Resolution

Resolution is basically a firm and well deterministic decision of an individual regarding anything. Resolution provide a clear image of of problem solving capability of an individual. it also include the act of finding answer to any question or finding a solution to any problem regarding anything. It have very positive impact on all the individual and provide a different level of confidence.
