Ans A graph is a visual representation of the points, line, bar and pie charts. Depending upon an data and interpretation the representation may vary. The basic graphs consist of x and y axis. The x axis contains independent variable whereas the y axis contains the dependent variables. It consist of well defined label of axis and unit of measurement. The experiment value are in triplicate and the average value is plotted on the graph. The trend line defines the conclusion of the graphs. it help in establishing the correlation between x and y axis variables. If the graph obtained is linear straight line it concludes that x is directly proportional to y. If its parabola then certain value of x causes the decline in value of y this is generally seen in case of population graph. The sigmoidal curve establish a relationship in which the certain value of x gives constant y values. The sigmoidal curve is an example of enzyme kinetics. The graphs help to interpret the experimental conclusion and draw results easily.
