Mr. Mark is a 42 year male of African origin. He has a demanding desk-based job and frequently has to work long hours. He rarely eats regular meals and so has developed a habit of snacking on foods with high salt, fat and sugar contents. He routinely drinks at least 4 cups of coffee a day and at least one bottle of coca cola. Recently he has noticed that he has put on weight and easily gets out of breath when walking, he feels tired on waking, often suffers muscular aches and pains and experiences bouts of anxiety over his workload.
Using four of the systems from the list below, explain what steps Mr. Mark should take to improve his overall physical and mental health. Include in your answer how the body systems you have selected work together to normalize body functions. Include homeostasis. 500 words Human body systems

• The nervous system
• The cardiovascular system
• The respiratory system
Hi Answer:
Mr. Mark is a 42-year-old person who have a sitting job and who didn’t eat proper food and run his life daily on junk food and carbonated water i.e. coca cola. These all foods are fall in the junk food who have high calories and low fiber and protein, vitamins or minerals. As Mr. Mark is not doing any physical exercise he starts gaining weight with weight gain he also experiences some other problem such as muscle fatigue, tiredness, getting out of breath etc. According to my suggestion, First of all, Mr. Mark must quit taking Junk foods having salt fat and sugar content and also stop drinking coca cola. As these, all food which he took or drink have no nutrition except sugar which increases the calories in the body and ultimately causes obesity which is the major root of all diseases. Secondly, he must start some exercise or work out to control his body weight. He has to improve his endocrine system as well as the nervous system so that proper hormonal and nervous function in the body is maintained again which reduces his body fat. To maintain his endocrine and nervous system he has to take properly balanced diet, say no to junk food, taking proper rest, having suitable exercise etc. For cardiovascular system maintenance and refreshing he have to quit his present living habits, he has to do eat low fat and balanced diet which maintain proper cholesterol level in his body and make his heart active and healthy for this he also goes for some physical exercises. And last is a respiratory system as he is regularly taking junk food he is affected by obesity which reduces his lung capacity as well as workout capacity. Due to excessive fat consumption, the capacity of her lungs is reduced and he got less air due to which he feels heavy breath during the little walk. He has to do some exercise which first reduces fat and maintain his lung capacity which further increases his oxygen-carrying capacity. In the net shell, we can say that the root cause of all problem is junk food which brings obesity and due to obesity Mr. Mark feel all these health problems.
