Suffering is either due dwelling in past or running after the future. It cuts off a person from the present. It prevents an individual from being in touch from himself/herself,it snatches away the beauty of life, the smile from within. One has to accept the suffering, should be able to smile at it because an individual and his/her life is much more than the suffering. Acknowledging suffering, accepting it and focusing on the other important aspects of life helps an individual to be at peace. If an individual lets the suffering to overpower his/her life then suffering causes the real damage, but when Individual realise the power of smile, love and joy, the importance of life and it's bounties,it creates happiness and peace in his/her life.. To Hahn suffering is not enough to snatch away the life's peace, love and joy, it's the individual's approach towards the suffering that makes it a real suffering. Meditation is necessary to realize one's present and live with a presence of mind than dwelling in the past or running after the future and suffer the consequences.
