Every Country Economy is depend on GDP rate, income per capita, and Poverty is always impact on Economy cause individual who are under poverty their Income per capita is low or Like No, which affect Economy of country which is a issue to policy makers,

Policymakers when try to Decrease level of Poverty then they have to Increase Wages which again impact on Economy cause it create pressure or burden on Govt. Treasury, and reason of Down GDP,

Also In the form of Health Most of country individual under poverty have more Decease compare to high income individual so, Policymakers have to spend more money For out them from Health problem, which is also issue, cause it also affect on Economy.

Globally more than 22% Children Belong Poor family, who can't take education due to Poverty, cause of that they can't get future jobs and it is harmful for countries, cause county imperilling future generations of workers, who will needed to lead county productivity, so this is also issue to policy makers in Economic perspective.

Another reason Poverty is issue in the Economic perspective for policy makers that is, Policymakers have to spend more money or Budget on Poor People for full fill their basic needs, such as Foods, Shelter, so costing of this budget Impact on Countries Economy, Countries have to spend huge amt. from it's Treasury, which directly impact on Economy.
