Highlight the arguments for and against impartiality in international mediation? illustrate your arguments with historical examples
The impartiality of International mediation should be understood as if the procedure is followed ste-by- step and with the trust of the participants and their commitment it can lead to most effective measures to the disputes.
But if the same procedure do not involve commitment of the one's
participating in it it can't be helpful anymore. Thus, in this
procedure even partiality can be done as to bribery, and other
corruptive meathods. Thus, to achieve the desired response from the
mediator such measures can be applied too. And the true result of
the mediation can't be obtained.
