First of all we should know about customer satisfaction.. what is customer satisfaction?

Customer satisfaction is defined as measurement that determines how happy customers are with a company's products, services and capabilities. that means understand the expectations and requirements of the customers.

The most basic objectives of customer satisfaction is to generate valid and consistent customer feedback or rating.

We can do a research by putting some research questions. questions about the products , services etc. questions like How long have you been a customer? how much they like your product/services? How likely are you to recommend our brand to a friend? the basic research objectives can be the changes in products demand, less customers or bad feedback.

First of all we have to find out the problems. what kind of problems we have than we should make a strategy to solve the problems. find out why customer is not satisfy. is he/she not happy with the services or is he/she not liking the product or anything which is not fulfilling his/her expectations or requirements or any other issue. put some survey questions to them to find out their problems. then make them believe to solve their problems by finding solutions to their different problems.

A businessman can be successful only by fulfilling the customers need. the first thing in the business to understand the need of customers. if the products/services are not fulfilling the customers need then try to find their problems and propose a solution. for this take time to time feedback by your customers. by doing this we can smaller the problems.
