Diversity is a key component of case management and counseling. Research a program in your town or city (current or previous) and identify the population it serves. Imagine implementing this program in another area with a different population (for example, make a program that services inner-city youth work for rural youth or vice versa). Identify and assess changes you would need to make in order to adequately serve the new population.

1.Meaning of diversity:-In simple words, diversity means understanding the fact that each individual is different and recognizing the individual differences on the basis of race, gender,sexual orientation, socio-economic,age, religious beliefs and other ideologies.

Diversity is regarded as a key component of case management and counseling.Case management is a community-based service by a professional to provide the mental health care.The case management process has nine steps; assessing, stratifying,risk, planning, implementation,follow up, transitioning, communicating post and evaluating.
3.Reasech program:-A case study is detailed study of a specific topic for example a person,group,place,event, organisation.
Step-1 Select a case:-First we have to develop our problem statement and research questions.For example,we take the poverty situation of a town 'A' and town 'B'. We find out the poverty situations are different from each other in both towns.
Step-2 Build a theoretical framework:-Case studies theories should be focus on related topics so the intergrated knowledge of the description become useful.Example- Meaning of poverty should be clear to the research work.For town 'A' poverty means lack of money, basic needs and resources.On the other hand, for town 'B' poverty means average living standard.
Step -3 Collect your data:- It is very important step of research method.We can collect our data from primary and secondary sources. For town 'A' we use primary sources for data collection and for town 'B' we use secondary sources.
Step 4:- Descibe and analysis the case study:- In the case,we have to bring together all the related aspects to give complete information about the subject. For example,we case study about town 'A' and town ' B ' on the topicbof poverty. We find out that the reasons of poverty are different in both towns because of diversiy of population.
