Frictional unemployment is actually good for the economy because it shows that people are voluntarily seeking utmost positions, providing businesses with a wider array of qualified potential employees. Fractional unemployment is a short term employment caused by the ordinary difficulties of matching employee to employer. For example: the moment students graduates ans starts to look for work they are officiallly unemployed. After a few weeks of application and interviews, the student might be offered a job but perhaps the pay is too low or the location not quite what the student wanted. The student remains unemployed only after a few weeks more does the student find and accepts a job and officialy exits unemployment and enter employment. The student period of unemployment thats FRICTIONAL UNEMPLOYMENT. Now friction unemployment is important because it indicates that individuals are seeking better positions by choice. It helps businesses because it gives them a variety of tallented section of potentially highly qualified and educated candidates applying for jobs. It is short term unemployment and thus does not place much of a drain on government resources. So eliminating frictional unemployment can cause It can cause unemployedpeopes  with limited savings to fall behind payments of their bills and livings and end up in more debt. And short-term unemployment can be stressful to the person and may reduce the capability , detemination and confidence towards those without work.
