1. Real estate property management involves an understanding of operating expenses and budgeting. Based on this information the appropriate rental rates are set, The current market conditions also need to be considered . A firm knowledge of the area and competitive rental properties is required. Promotion, advertising and marketing strategies should also be recommended as a part of the management functions.
