Teacher is guide , philosopher and gererator of knowledge. A teacher alawys needs to be fully prepared before teaching any subject to learner. There , learner can able to achieve maximum level learning outcome with influennce of skillfull teacher.

A teacher must be know behaviourstic and cognitive approach learning theory and implement these theories principle and postulate while design curriculum .Therefore , teacher can easily understand major needs and interest of learner while imparting Learning and create condusive environment .teacher can also provide positive reinforcement and motivated learner for learning as feedback .

For example, a teacher prepared six class curriculum with integrated of education technology aids .so it helps teacher to sustain longer interest and provide clear idea which fullfill their needs.even teacher also provide feedback of their performance and further improvrment.
