The term cry foul means to complain that something wrong has been done or some unfair activity is conducted.

Franchise also always has the the drawback attached to it that there can be anytime loss of control. That means it is very difficult for or the entrepreneur or to buy a franchise.

If the company has a sudden shutdown the entrepreneur who has taken the franchise will be having an adverse effect on his goodwill and business situation.

The company providing the franchise has full right to dictate that terms and conditions of operation of the business, thus the creativity of the person himself finishes.

• Entrepreneurship basically is related to creating something new that involves exploitation of the opportunities off the market. Entrepreneurs are basically the people who take risk while taking these opportunities.
