1.Nutrigenetically controlled nutrient are the ones which are made to be consumed by people depending on their genetic profiles. These nutrient are found in the foods consumed by the people. Every food can be nutrigenetically controlled depending on the person's genetic constitution. The aim is to form a better health condition by delaying the onset of the disease and also reducing the severity of the disease. A nutrigenetically controlled nutrient can be omega 3 and 6 unsaturated fatty acids which must be consumed in order to keep a healthy heart. These nutrients are available in fish.

2.Avocado is a fruit which is distinctive as it contains a high level of good fat compared to many other fruits. Avocado apart from having high levels of unsaturated fats, also has high level of several vitamins and fibers. Overall, its consumption in a moderate level can aid in betterment of health of an individual. It can be controlled nutrigenetically.

3.Bioactive foods are the foods which consists of bioactive compounds. These compounds are chemical compounds which undergo metabolism and aid in a good functioning of body. Bioactive compounds include omega 3 and 6 unsaturated fatty acids which are found in fish. Bioactive compounds  includes carotenoids which is found in carrots and is converted into beta carotene inside the body. Foods with bioactive compounds should be consumed on a daily basis.
