Aid funding is the voluntary transfer of resources (such as military, economic, or emergency humanitarian) from one nation to another. The wealthy countries often provide aid funding to low-income countries to enhance their own security. They main purpose of the payment is towards the right to establish or usage of the military bases on the soil of low-income countries. It can also be used to achieve a nation’s diplomatic targets enabling them to gain recognition on the diplomatic terms, to garner support for its positions in the global organizations, or to enhance the access of diplomats’ to foreign officials. Other key arguments of foreign aid includes promoting a nation’s exports; relieve suffering caused by man-made or natural disasters; spreading its culture, language, or religion; and providing a solution to numerous transnational concerns such as terrorism, disease, and environment destruction
