The Bible discusses the importance of one's integrity, particularly in business transactions. We all know that the world in developing day by day, with techniques and tactics, technology and theories, but it is also developing with small and large business, and now in this world full of business, the only ethics works is business Integrity, thus it means that the peoples or employees engaged in the business should be loyal and honest by heart and having a strong motivation towards their profession. If a company is somewhere dishonest and not having faith on anything, then it can lead to strong failure in future. The main part is that the business should be kind and describe or potrait its faithfulness of information, that will definitely be the beneficial for the company. The bible principle helps the Accounting information system, which is actually a system that helps to collect, records, stores, process data which will be producing data for decision making. Whenever the point raises for information, a company should maintain the level of high standard, which will help them to accrued any assurance of accounting information system. Apart from this there is a Christian ethics and belief which they uses it in economy and business, from the very beginning, we all know that the business model are always hold a mental believe in theirselves, probably aorund 2000 years ago, the tradition of businees activities comes with the religioustic believe, it is always given a small contribution for the Christian ethics and spirituality belief in the business organisation. Once Pope Francis proclaimed us to track the core of the business ethics and then a huge challenge which will be encouraged by the business moral. while using the human effort for any principle of business, it ethically encourages many criteria business. By all this means we come to know that the Manager should be excessively passionate and oriented for their company, because when then manager works in a integrity manner by feeling the company as their own which is stated in the Bible, can enhance their business.
