Time                             Minimum # of cashiers

0100 – 0400                              7

0400 – 0700                              4

0700 – 1000                              9

1000 – 1300                              12

1300 – 1600                              15

1600 – 1900                              17

1900 – 2200 19

2200 – 0100                              13
