1. Nursing care of patient with 15 % burns :
Keep the area of wound cool by running tap water for atleast 20 minutes.
Ensure to cover the non burnt area with cloth to prevent hypothermia.
check for fluid imbalance and restore the fluids intravenously.
Manage pain through analgesics ordered.
Administer antibiotics to prevent complications like sepsis.
2. Positioning the patient with non penetrating ocular injury :
Position in supine position with the head raised to 30 degrees. This position provides comfort and prevents further complications.
3. The main cause of lead poisoning in children include chewing up the pices of paint from wall, dust, eating up the lead in pencil. Small traces are also found in air and water . Growing children tend to absorb more lead into the body than adults.
