Explain the SIX (6) concepts of Internal Marketing (IM) in transport
Internal marketing transport is the ideal propagation within the business to be competent and behave the way the business should behave internally for achievements. The ways to do it are discussed:
· The Plan has to have the needed clarity of objectives and strategies which are meant to give the business the best of clarity on the issues,
· The effectiveness of internal communication is a big component as its responsibility to reach all the internal stakeholders with clarity of the idea and its aspects where there is no doubt in the internal stakeholder’s mind,
· New recruitments or the People who are taken into the business should feel at home or be comfortable to work in a new environment among new people which has to suit their interest to be best adopted,
· The clarity of the business needs to be with all or the concept of product and services which makes the ideas and objectives clear.
· The trust and transparency aspect of internal marketing is of great value to the users in this case the internal stakeholders or employees.
· The way the internal marketing is conveyed is via the workplace culture which is a good way to propagate the needed intent of the business to its stakeholders internally for the best of accomplishments.
