You think of body parts as a topic correlated with biology more than physics, but, in actuality, there are many other topics like this out there. Your job is to study up on a topic or concept (or body part) that would normally be considered a biology topic. Do your research and report back to the group all about your topic and the "physics" behind it. You may include links to websites (as long as you summarize those sites), videos, and anything else you can find.
Biomechanics is one such field which deals with motion of various muscles and joints along with related bones to perform motions in various cases. A very famous case is that of the biomechanics involved in basketball shots. Here is some ground work on such a topic.
Basically in this case we are working on positions before and after the shot has been made along with the motions such as jumps and landing during the shot. One particularly intresting thing in this case is how the shot the made is duriing the jump phase of the shot.
